I Sent In My I Phone To Like Wize Id 607**** And Provided My IMEI Number To Get A Quote For My Phone This Was Posted On 13.12.23
I Received An Email Stating They Had Not Receieved The Phone So I Rang On 22nd December At 8.49 And Confirmed It Was Received As Per Certificate Of Postage.
It Was Confirmed It Was Received And Would Be Actioned Asap .
I Have Received Nothing As Of Todays Date 13.2.24 On Calling On 12.2.24 And Speaking To Cianne She Confirmed They Have My Phone But Will Not Action It As Advertised Without Me Giving Them My IMEI Number???
They Have My Phone And Will Not Do Any Thing And Reimburse Me , I Could Have Sold This Phone At Xmas It Was Immaculate , John Lewis Advertise This Process To Be Easy Its Two Months My Phone Was Immaculate I Am Disgusted With This Service And Demand My Phone Be Returned Or I Am Paid What Was Quoted Or I Will Take Legal Action Within 7 Days.

ROGERS/LIKEWISE NEGLIGENCE

I can not believe Rogers associates their company with such a negligent company like Likewise. It has made me rethink my 3 accounts with rogers and actively looking for a new service provider.

DO NOT GO WITH LIKEWISE DEVICE PROTECTION. Samsung or Apple Device Protection I assume would be a much better option. The worst company I have EVER dealt with. I received a replacement device and sent back my old device 4 days later on Jan 10th, 2024.

Received by Likewise January 15th, confirmed through Likewise and Canada Post. Then February 3rd, Likewise made an unauthorized charge of $896 for unreturned device. Now it's March 14th and have made multiple escalations with Likewise with no correspondence or resolution. I had to take it to TD dispute department which they are great and will be handling it.

Also contacted consumer protection agency of British Columbia and the Better Business Bureau for further investigation. This is unacceptable, especially in these times of people struggling with the cost of inflation to be such an inefficient, corrupt business like this. And contacted rogers multiple times with upper management emails which had no record of anything and would not help saying that they were not responsible for anything to do with Likewise as they are different company. Funny cause I submitted my claim on the rogers website and they charge me for device protection.

Just pathetic and I have now learned, Rogers is just as incompetent at being there for their customers. My recommendation, don't use rogers or their device protection.

They do not have your best interest at heart. Good luck

I submitted a claim with Likewize. They issued a digital card. When I went to claim it, it was already activated and used in Arizona, but I live in South Carolina. I called and advised the representative, who filed an escalation. Ever since then, I have been getting the runaround and have also been laughed at and handled unprofessionally. One representative advised me to go to the store in Arizona where the card was used. What the *** I need a resolution or a replacement card so I can get another device. If not, I will go to my attorney general and file with the FCC.

Orderd a home visit to change an Apple iPhone 11plus battery for a replacement Apple battery The engineer rang on the day said it would be a non-genuine part so he cancelled the visit, I know it states in the terms that cancellation on the day you forfeit £59, but it was because Likewize failed to supply and fit a genuine Apple part as agreed

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would give it zero stars if I could. To make any changes to your service request, you need to escalate to management, and they take several business days and never update you on status.

After spending a month getting the runaround, they finally sent me to a service center to have my phone screen fixed, but the service center says they don't have the parts and are forcing me to pay extra for a new phone. When I said I didn't want to do that, they are refusing to refund the $40 I pre-paid to fix my screen (eventhough they do not have the parts to fix it). WHAT A SCAM!

Please save your money and don't sign up for this service. I will never do any business with Likewize ever again.

My phone has been lost

I went to square one mall with my friend. We bought food from A&W .we were set in food court .

At Saturday there were to much crowd hardly . We found the place to set . We took selfies on my I phone 15 promax and kept phone on table while eating food after that I went t near to dustbin for throwing garbage in junk boxs. My friends were busy in their gossips .

They didnt pick my phone from table. They went from there and go out from the food court . I thought they picked my phone from table.aftr few minutes I asked from my frd about my phone . They told me they did not pick the phone .

Then I thought they were joking but they told me seriously . Aftrthat suddenly I went with them in food court to see my food and I asked from people who were setting near the table .which table we were set that table was empty unluckily I could not find my phone from there . I was shocked and sad because I bought phone by my hard work money . Then I informed to square one secrutity about the phone .they told me we can not do anything right now .

Now I should switch of my SIM card from sim company so that some one could not misuse with it . I called to likewise they also give me same advice to switch of my SIM card from Rogers before claiming the phone . I went the Rogers store which located in square one mall .

There was one guy I shared my problm with him they did switch of my sim and I called to likewise coustmer care told my whole story . Then they give me permission to get new sim and there was one lady who talked the guy who was empoylee of Rogers store for giving me new sim .

If BrightStar does not agree to see why my phone line is not working, I will change to a cellular service for my house phone. I only use it for my security system anyway. I have had this landline since 1976 and one of only a few left in my town that even keeps a landline. I felt like my Oriental receptionist was rude to me and did not want to help fix my system
